Rage of Demons Storyline Campaign 

 

Project Overview

The Dungeons & Dragons Rage of Demons Storyline promoted a suite of games and books all revolving around the same story: Demons are in the Abyss! The marketing campaign consisted of: a launch video, event booth for conventions, showbook print ads, downloadable marketing kit, social media imagery, email blasts and point of purchase materials.

My Role I lead a cross functional team made up of members of R&D, storyboard artists, in-house and contracted script writers, to create this campaign from creative brief to final execution. I wore many hats on this project—Creative Lead, Marketing Art Director, Designer and Launch Video Director. 

Other Team Members Included: Justin Bergeron - Video Producer, Richard Whitters - R&D Art Director, Adam Lee - R&D Story, Chris Perkins - R&D Story, Laura Tommervik - Brand Manager, Nathan Stewart - Brand Director.


Making the trailer

It all started at the whiteboard with some rough sketches, some sticky notes, a marker and an idea. Ideation is where anything is possible.
